Know that the laws that punish all act of cruelty towards the animals exist.

Repression of the cruelty acts : Article 521-1 of the Penal Code 

All person delivering themselves to acts of cruelty towards the animals is punished of 6 months of confinement and 7.500 € of fine. The animal can be confided to the SPA (Protective french Society of the Animals) then.

Experimentation : Decree n° 87-828 of the 19/10/1987.

According to the article 521-2 of the Penal Code, all person delivering themselves to experimentations and traumatic experiences on living animals without authorization (pleasure of the Ministry of agriculture and the Fishing to practice the experimentation in laboratory) is liable of 6 months of confinement and 7.500 € of fine.

If you are witnesses of violences or cruelties on animals, 

you must not only warn Police's services (or of State police), but also the nearest SPA.

React ! The animals are not objects !
